No more being a bitch to social media and notifications. But I have to admit, once the distractions are removed, what's left is quite shocking.
I can't seem to find a good way to track my habits and stay grounded
There's so many productivity apps out them, but none of them "stick." I often spend more time configuring and researching apps than I do just doing the habit.
