Yesterday I went back to Taipei.

I spent 4,000 NTD,

ran all over town buying ingredients,

and made protein bars at 2:30 a.m.

At 4 a.m., I drove back to Guangfu.

I didn’t sleep all night, and today I’m completely exhausted.

But when I saw “Shovel Superman”

eat the protein bars I made with my own hands,

in that moment, all the hard work was worth it.
