# 協助光復救災：我親手做蛋白棒給志工吃

昨天我回台北，

花了四千塊，

跑遍各地買材料，

凌晨兩點半做蛋白棒。

四點開車回光復，

整晚沒睡，今天累爆了。

但當我看到鏟子超人

吃下我親手做的蛋白棒，

那一刻，所有的辛苦都值得。
